We do not collect, store, or transmit any files you convert. All conversions are performed locally in your browser. No file content ever reaches our servers.

2.2 Account & Payment Data

When you purchase a paid subscription, payment is handled by Paddle, our payment processor. We receive limited transaction data (e.g., subscription status, plan tier, and anonymised billing information) but we do not store your credit card details.

2.3 Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., number of conversions, feature usage frequency) to improve the Service. This data does not identify individual users and is not linked to personal information.

2.4 Website Data

Our website may log standard server data including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used solely for security monitoring and aggregate analytics.

Our website uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for the Service to function (e.g., session tokens for authenticated users). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect subscription management features.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your subscription is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
