2. Description of Service
QuickConvert is a browser extension that enables users to convert files between supported formats locally within their browser. The Service does not upload files to any server. Conversion is performed entirely on the user's device.
We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Pro” and “Pro+”) that unlock additional features as described on the Pricing page.

Paid plans are processed through Paddle, our authorised payment processor. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Paddle's terms of service available at paddle.com/legal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period upon cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@quickconver.com for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for subsequent billing periods or after the 7-day window.
